Today's card was made using the Our Daily Bread Designs Quilted With Love Stamp Set, the ODBD Log Cabin Die, the ODBD Americana Quilt Collection papers, ODBD Filigree Frames, and ODBD Pretty Posies Die Set.
I love putting paper together to look like a quilt (since I can not sew a straight line to make a real one) so I used the ODBD Log Cabin Die and cut out a bunch of pieces using all the scraps I had after a weekend of card-making. I literally took multiple scraps at one time, taped them in place over the die, and ran it through my die cut machine to get a bunch of pieces. I then set to work arranging them on a card stock base. I did not follow any real pattern at all, I just put the pieces where they would fit and only had to trim a couple pieces slightly.
The sentiment is stamped with Black Memento Ink and heat embossed with extra fine embossing powder. I used a little dimensional adhesive tape under the sentiment frame, added the posies and tucked a thin ribbon up under them.
