Our Daily Bread Designs is releasing more goodies for us today and having a blog hop with prizes!
This first card was made using the new Birdhouse Stamp Set. I inked up the stamp using Memento Ink in Black and stamped the whole image. I then created a background on another piece of card stock by inking up just the branch and stamping multiple times to get all the extra flowers and leaves. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir.
Here are the other ODBD Dies I used: ODBD Doily, ODBD Circle Ornament (because I wanted a specific size circle to show as much of the stamp as possible while still fitting inside the doily), ODBD Double Stitched Rectangles, ODBD Filigree Frames (around the sentiment) and the ODBD Fence Die.

This second card was created using the new Our Daily Bread Designs Thanks For Everything Stamp/Die Duo. This set has 16 little stamp phrases that coordinate with the "Thanks" die, so I will be getting a lot of use out of this one.
I pulled out one of my favorite ODBD stamps, Strawberries, because they are in season here and are delicious! I stamped the image in Black Memento Ink and colored it up with Spectrum Noir.
I also used ODBD Layered Lacey Ovals, ODBD Ovals, and ODBD Bitty Borders. The pretty red polka dot and solid papers are from the ODBD Old Glory Paper Pad, and the green polka dot is from ODBD Birthday Brights.

ReplyDeleteLove your beautiful birdhouse card. you don't see very many birdhouse stamps and this one is perfect. I like the colors you used on the white. that strawberry stamp is also one of my favorites. the borders and ribbon go perfect!

ReplyDeleteYour berries look good enough to eat and I;m loving the lacey oval die you used on this card, too. Your family of birds, warms my hear as I am a sucker for nature. Dogwoods are my favorite tree. Love their blooms. You captured the scene perfectly. Bravo!
