ScrapTownLady is sponsoring a sketch challenge today for Operation Write Home. Thank you ScrapTownLady! This is a fun sketch and you can find details here:

I chose this little girl image from Saturated Canary called Summer Swing and you can find her here:

I colored with Spectrum Noir and found a great tutorial on coloring curly hair and what colors to use on the Spectrum Noir's YouTube channel. You can find it here:

Also, on Spectrum Noir's web site you can find hair color charts which really help (me.)   Just look here  and scroll down to the "Chart" section for the "Spectrum Noir Hair Color chart":

  6. This is a fun, cheery card. She looks to really be enjoying her swing ride. Great coloring on the hair and the rest of the image. I love to swing even though I'm probably too old to do so. Enjoy your week.

    1. Thank you Donna! I am too old too and those swings are always too small.....I refuse to accept that I might possibly be too big.... :)

    1. Thank you Linda! I used a little Glossy Accents on those eyes to make them shine (and when I mess up....I create "bug eyes".....I try not to do that too often. :)
