OWH Sketch # 230

Hello everyone! Each week Operation Write Home posts a sketch challenge for us all to play along with. You can find details about the challenge here:
                                                                   Sketch #230

My card today was created using things from my stash.....birthday paper that I have been hoarding....I mean saving... from Karen Foster, my favorite red card stock from Michael's, and a rubber stamp sentiment from Penny Black I found on ebay a year ago.   I used Martha Stewart's Arch Lattice border punch and cut a scalloped circle with Cricut's Elegant Edges cartridge.  The honeycomb paper is from Recollections (found at Michael's.) I added three little red brads and little red card stock flags as well.

Thank you for stopping by!

  1. Fun, cheery card that will certainly brighten up someone's day.

  2. Can you say smile? That's what I did when seeing your card! Someone lucky birthday friend is going to be all smile!

  3. Cheerful for sure! Esp like the banners for added interest and point the eye in the right direction! WTG!!!
